A Day of Clean Eating

Hey guys!  So I'm always getting asked about clean eating so I thought I'd document what a day of clean eating looks like for me :)  I like to change things up a lot,  so it doesn't get too boring ;)

Breakfast-
Almost every single morning I start my day off with my shakeology.  It's literally so yummy,  I can't say it enough!  It tastes like desert,  but is so so so good for you!

Morning Snack-
I almost always have some type of fruit as my morning snack.  I could seriously eat fruit all day long! 

Lunch-
For lunch I like to have a protein,  and veggies.  Usually some type of grilled meat and whatever veggies I have prepped :) however,  lately I've really been into breakfast foods for lunch :) 

Afternoon Snack-
I don't know about you guys,  but I'm always getting hungry in the afternoons.  Some people have a snack attack at night,  but for me it's in the afternoon.  I usually will have some veggies with hummus,  or avocado toast.  

Dinner-
For dinner,  we usually always have veggies,  and meat,  occasionally pasta,  too,  and I always add fruit :)

Night time snack-
I'm usually not really hungry at night,  but if I am,  I will have fruit,  or Greek yogurt with fruit and of course I sometimes add granola because yum!  ;)

I hope this helps yall out as far as seeing a bit more into what clean eating looks like :)  it's really not as hard as many make it  sound.  I thoroughly enjoy eating healthy,  I always gross when I don't!
